Natural Simple Wellness
My own holistic health journey began more than 10 years ago, when I was told I would likely lose all of my hair and that it may never grow back. I wasn’t willing to simply accept that answer. I began changing my diet, focusing intentionally on nutrition, and learning everything I could about the body’s ability to heal and restore. As my health began to change and most of my hair returned, something in me changed too. I became deeply curious about why symptoms develop in the first place, why allopathic medicine doesn't look at root causes, and why two people with similar symptoms can need completely different kinds of support.
That curiosity became much more personal when I became a mom. My child began experiencing a collection of mysterious symptoms, and like so many mothers, I became determined to find answers. I was a mom on a quest. I researched constantly, explored holistic approaches, and eventually discovered Qest4 bioenergetics. What began as a way to help my own family opened an entirely new world for me. Bioenergetic testing gave me a way to look beyond symptoms and explore patterns involving nutrition, environmental stressors, immune challenges, toxins, infections, drainage, and other areas of stress within the body.
But over time, my work began taking me somewhere even deeper.
Again and again, I began seeing that wellness wasn't only about what was happening physically. Emotional experiences, chronic stress, unresolved trauma, belief systems, subconscious patterns, nervous system dysregulation, and the way we see ourselves can all influence how safe, supported, and resilient we feel. Sometimes the most important question isn't simply, "What is happening in the body?" but "What has this person been carrying?"
That realization has become one of the greatest focuses of my work today.
I love helping people explore the deeper roots beneath their symptoms and patterns - including emotions, belief systems, generational patterns, nervous system stress, and identity. I am especially passionate about helping people move away from fear, striving, shame, scarcity, and the feeling that something is inherently wrong with them, and toward greater safety, truth, peace, connection, and understanding of who they were created to be.
My faith is at the center of the way I approach this work. I believe God created the body with an incredible capacity for adaptation, communication, and restoration, and I believe true wellness involves more than the physical body alone. We are whole people - body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I never want someone to feel reduced to a diagnosis, a symptom, or a list of things that need to be "fixed." My desire is to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered as we uncover what their body may be communicating and what may be ready for support.
I also believe wellness does not have to be overwhelmingly complicated.
One of the reasons I created Natural Simple Wellness was because I wanted something different from the one-size-fits-all approaches I encountered along the way. My goal is to help identify what appears most important right now, support the body gently and intentionally, and allow the process to unfold one layer at a time.
What began as a mother's determination to help her child has become work I feel deeply called to do. It is an honor to walk alongside people as they uncover deeper patterns, regulate their nervous systems, shift beliefs that may no longer serve them, and move toward greater physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
